摘 要:为了研究黄河下游凌汛期防凌现状,采取针对性防治策略,通过对黄河下游凌汛期的实地考察、数据分析及文献研究,分析当前防凌工作面临的问题。黄河下游凌汛期气温变化大是导致凌情不稳定、河道淤积影响行凌的重要原因。现有防凌措施在监测预警、工程调度等方面取得了一定成效,但仍需进一步完善。研究表明,为更好地应对黄河下游凌汛期挑战,应提高监测预警技术水平,加强工程设施建设与维护,提高应急处置能力,加大资金投入力度,以确保黄河下游凌汛期的安全。In order to study the current situation of ice flood prevention in the lower reaches of the Yellow River and adopt targeted prevention and control strategies.This article analyzes the problems faced by current ice flood prevention work through field investigations,data analysis,and literature research during the ice flood season in the lower reaches of the Yellow River.It clarifies the current situation of unstable ice conditions caused by large temperature changes during the ice flood season in the lower reaches of the Yellow River,and the impact of river siltation on ice travel.At the same time,existing anti icing measures have achieved certain results in monitoring and early warning,engineering scheduling,etc.,but further improvement is still needed.Research has shown that in order to better cope with the challenges of the ice flood season in the lower reaches of the Yellow River,it is necessary to improve the level of monitoring and early warning technology,strengthen the construction and maintenance of engineering facilities,enhance emergency response capabilities,and increase funding investment to ensure the safety of the ice flood season in the lower reaches of the Yellow River.
