摘 要:核燃料组件运输容器在运输过程中由于振动及初始预紧力大小不适当等,会导致容器各部分组件产生螺栓连接松动或发生一定程度的螺纹咬死现象,对于核燃料组件等的安全可靠运输十分不利。基于紧固件横向振动试验机,考核了在使用过程中,不同形式垫片以及不同预紧力数值条件下螺栓连接的防松性能。实验结果表明,在不同预紧力下单螺母和平垫片基本不具备防松性能,弹簧垫片在一定程度下具有防松性能,但在较短振动周期下即失效。锥形垫片与双叠垫片在振动条件下具有良好的防松性能。针对现有防松结构的研究与试验测试可挑选出最有利于核燃料组件运输容器的防松结构,获得最佳的螺栓预紧力,切实指导核燃料组件的运输、装箱等工作,提高我国核燃料组件运输容器的安全性能。During the transportation of nuclear fuel components,improper vibration and initial preload force can cause loose bolt connections or a certain degree of thread biting in various components of the container,which is very detrimental to the safe and reliable transportation of nuclear fuel components.Based on the transverse vibration testing machine for fasteners,the anti-loosening performance of bolt connections under different forms of washers and different pre tightening force values was evaluated under usage conditions.The experimental results showed that under different pre tightening forces,single nuts and flat washers basically did not have anti loosening performance,while spring washers played a role in anti-loosening performance to a certain extent,but failed under shorter vibration cycles.The conical gasket and double layered gasket have good anti loosening performance under vibration conditions.Research and experimental testing on existing anti loosening structures can select the most favorable anti loosening structure for nuclear fuel component transportation containers,obtain the best bolt pre tightening force,effectively guide the transportation and packing of nuclear fuel components,and improve the safety performance of nuclear fuel component containers used for transportation in China.
