摘 要:目的:探讨基于弗兰克尔提出的意义治疗理论设计的小组工作方案对提升大学生生命意义感的干预效果。方法:对来自上海市S大学的410名大学生开展生命意义感现状的调查,接着研制出生命教育小组工作干预方案,随后采用实验组和对照组前后测、追踪测的准实验设计方法,对64名大学生(实验组n=32,对照组n=32)开展生命教育小组工作干预并验证干预效果。结果:(1)大学生生命意义感处于中等水平;(2)干预后生命态度剖面图量表(the Life Attitude Profile, LAP)显示,实验组在“存在盈实、意义意志、生命目的、苦难接纳、死亡接纳和生命控制”6个基础因子维度,以及“生命意义之追寻与肯定、存在的超越”两个高层因子维度,显著高于对照组(t=2.281~3.643,P<0.001~0.05),且显著高于干预前测量结果(t=-7.767~-2.862,P<0.001~0.01);(3)干预1个月后的追踪测结果显示,实验组干预具有持续性(t=-7.263~-2.417,P<0.001~0.05)。结论:意义治疗理论视角下的生命教育小组能有效提升大学生的生命意义感水平,且具有良好的保持效果。Objective:To explore the intervention effect of group work plan designed based on Frankl's logo therapy on enhancing college students'meaning in life.Methods:First,a survey was carried out on the status quo of the meaning in life among 410 college students from S University in Shanghai,and then an intervention plan for the work of life education group was developed.The quasi-experimental design method of pre-and post-test and follow-up test was adopted in the experimental group and the control group to study 64 college students(experimental group n=32,Control group n=32)carried out life education group intervention and verified the effect of intervention.Results:①The college students'sense of meaning of life was at a medium level;②The Life Attitude Profile(LAP)after the intervention showed that the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group in the six basic factor dimensions of“existential surpluses,will to meaning,purpose of life,acceptance of sufferings,acceptance of death,and control of life”dimensions,and the two high-level dimensions of“the search for and affirmation of the meaning of life and the transcendence of existence”were significantly higher than those of the control group(t=2.281~3.643,P<0.001~0.05),and were significantly higher than those of the pre-intervention results(t=-7.767~-2.862,P<0.001~0.01);③The follow-up measurements after 1 month of intervention showed that the intervention in the experimental group was persistent(t=-7.263~-2.417,P<0.001~0.05).Conclusion:The life education group under the perspective of logo therapy can effectively enhance the level of college students'sense of meaning in life and have good retention effects.
