人文关怀的共情护理在改善白血病儿童负面情绪、心理弹性及希望水平的效果

摘　　要：目的:分析人文关怀的共情护理在改善白血病儿童负面情绪、心理弹性及希望水平的应用效果。方法:收集2022年1月至2023年12月某院84例白血病儿童,按照入院先后顺序分为对照组(n=42,常规护理模式)和观察组(n=42,人文关怀的共情护理模式)。比较两组患儿护理前后负面情绪[儿童焦虑障碍自评量表(SCARED)和抑郁自评量表(DSRSC)]、心理弹性水平[心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)]、希望水平[希望水平量表(HHI)]及护理满意度[纽卡斯尔护理满意量表(NSNS)]。结果:护理后,观察组SCARED和DSRSC评分均低于对照组(t=5.051,7.173;P<0.05)。护理后,观察组CD-RISC量表中各维度评分及总分均高于对照组(t=5.524,4.741,5.869,5.392;P<0.05)。护理后,观察组HHI量表中各维度评分及总分均高于对照组(t=6.748,3.036,2.936,4.327;P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度97.62%高于对照组80.95%(P<0.05)。结论:人文关怀的共情护理可以改善白血病儿童负面情绪,提高心理弹性和希望水平,提升护理满意度。Objective:To analyze the improvement effect of empathy nursing based on humanistic care on negative emotions,psychological resilience and hope level in children with leukemia.Methods:A total of 84 children with leukemia in the hospital were enrolled between January 2022 and December 2023.According to the order of admission,they were divided into control group(n=42,routine nursing)and observation group(n=42,empathy nursing based on humanistic care).The negative emotions[screen for childanxiety related emotional disorders(SCARED),depression self-rating scale for children(DSRSC)],psychological resilience[Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)],hope level[Herth Hope Index(HHI)]and nursing satisfaction[Newcastle Satisfaction with Nursing Scale(NSNS)]were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results:After nursing,scores of SCARED and DSRSC in observation group were lower than those in control group(t=5.051,7.173;P<0.05),scores and total score of CD-RISC were higher than those in control group(t=5.524,4.741,5.869,5.392;P<0.05),scores and total score of HHI were higher than those in control group(t=6.748,3.036,2.936,4.327;P<0.05),and total nursing satisfaction was higher than that in control group(97.62%vs 80.95%,P<0.05).Conclusion:Empathy nursing based on humanistic care can improve negative emotions,psychological resilience,hope level and nursing satisfaction in children with leukemia.
