摘  要:目的:基于赋能教育理念的心理干预联合营养支持对颅脑损伤脑出血患者不良情绪及日常生活能力的影响。方法:选取2021年1月至2023年9月某院收治的105例颅脑损伤脑出血患者作为研究对象,随机分成对照组(53例,常规干预联合营养支持)和试验组(52例,基于赋能教育理念的心理干预联合营养支持)。对比两组患者的不良情绪(HAMD量表、HAMA量表)、日常生活能力(Barthel指数量表)、自我护理能力(ESCA量表)、一般自我效能感(GSES量表)和生活质量[GQOLI-74量表(躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活)]。结果:干预后,试验组HAMD、HAMA评分均低于对照组(t=9.276,7.826;P<0.05);干预后,试验组患者的Barthel指数评分、ESCA评分、GSES评分均高于对照组(t=-7.788,-18.237,-8.708;P<0.05);干预后,试验组患者的GQOLI-74各项评分均高于对照组(t=-5.096,-7.992,-6.511,-4.119;P<0.05)。结论:基于赋能教育理念的心理干预联合营养支持能够改善患者的焦虑抑郁情绪,提高患者的日常生活能力、自我护理能力以及一般自我效能感。Objective:To investigate the effects of psychological intervention combined with nutritional support based on the concept of empowering education on adverse mood and daily living ability of patients with cerebral hemorrhage after craniocerebral injury.Methods:A hundred and five patients with craniocerebral injury treated in our hospital from January 2021 to September 2023 were selected as research objects,and randomly divided into control group(fifty three cases,conventional intervention combined with nutritional support)and experimental group(fifty-two cases,psychological intervention combined with nutritional support based on the concept of empowering education).The negative emotions(HAMD scale,HAMA scale),ability of daily living(Barthel index scale),self-care ability(ESCA scale),general self-efficacy(GSES scale)and quality of life[GQOLI-74 scale(physical function,psychological function,social function,material life)]of the two groups were compared.Results:After the intervention,compared with the control group,HAMD and HAMA scores of experimental groups were decreased(t=9.276,7.826;P<0.05),Barthel index scores,ESCA scores and GSES scores were increased(t=-7.788,-18.237,-8.708;P<0.05),all scores of GQOLI-74 were increased(t=-5.096,-7.992,-6.511,-4.119;P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological intervention based on the concept of empowerment education combined with nutritional support can improve patients'anxiety and depression,improve patients'ability of daily living,self-care ability and general self-efficacy,and improve the quality of life.
