摘　　要：目的:探究焦点解决疗法团体心理辅导在改善结直肠癌化疗患者癌症复发恐惧和希望水平的影响。方法:选取2021年1月-2024年1月收治的154例结直肠癌化疗患者为研究对象,随机数表法分为干预组(n=77)、参照组(n=77)。干预组给予焦点解决疗法团体心理辅导,参照组给予常规护理。比较干预前后患者的复发恐惧[癌症复发恐惧量表(FCRI-CV)]、希望水平[Herth希望量表(HHI)]、癌因性疲乏[Piper疲劳量表(FPS-R)]、疾病应对方式[应对方式问卷(MCMQ)]及生活质量[癌症患者生命质量测量量表共性模块(FACT-G)]差异。结果:干预后,两组患者FCRI-CV、FPS-R评分、MCMQ回避及屈服评分均较干预前降低,且干预组低于参照组(t=12.305,8.905,11.054,18.871;P<0.05),两组患者HHI评分、MCMQ面对评分、FACT-G评分均较干预前升高,且干预组高于参照组(t=9.032,7.469,10.291;P<0.05)。结论:对于结直肠癌化疗患者,采用焦点解决疗法团体心理辅导能有效缓解患者复发恐惧、缓解癌因性疲乏,提高其希望水平,提高患者临床生活质量。Objective:To explore the influence of solution-focused therapy group counseling on improving the fear of cancer recurrence and hope level in patients undergoing colorectal cancer chemotherapy.Methods:A total of 154 patients with colorectal cancer chemotherapy from January 2021 to January 2024 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into intervention group(n=77)and reference group(n=77)by random number table method.The intervention group was given solution-focused therapy group psychological counseling,whereas the reference group received routine nursing.The differences in recurrence fear[Fear of Cancer Recurrence Inventory-Chinese Version(FCRI-CV)],hope level[Herth Hope Inventory(HHI)],cancer-related fatigue[Revised Piper Fatigue Scale(FPS-R)],disease coping style[Medical Coping Modes questionnaire(MCMQ)]and quality of life[Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Generic Scale(FACT-G)]were compared before and after intervention.Results:After intervention,the FCRI-CV scores,FPS-R scores and scores of MCMQ avoidance and yielding in the two groups were reduced than those before intervention,and the scores in intervention group were lower than those in reference group(t=12.305,8.905,11.054,18.871;P<0.05).The HHI scores,MCMQ facing score and FACT-G scores were enhanced in both groups compared with those before intervention,and the scores were higher in intervention group than those in reference group(t=9.032,7.469,10.291;P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with colorectal cancer chemotherapy,solution-focused therapy group psychological counseling can effectively alleviate the fear of recurrence,relieve the cancer-related fatigue,improve the hope level,and enhance the clinical quality of life of patients.
