摘　　要：目的:探讨运动性骨折患者术后康复效果与心理特质的关系,为运动性骨折患者术后康复的心理干预提供依据。方法:采用心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)、调节定向问卷(RFQ),视觉模拟量表,对50名运动性骨折患者术后康复情况进行调查,采用SPSS 26.0统计软件处理所得到的数据,以x±s描述计量资料,采用Pearson相关法分析相关性,构建多因素线性回归方程分析预测作用。结果:躯体康复速度与心理弹性中坚韧性、力量性、乐观性(r=0.38,0.43,0.46;P<0.01)具有相关性;与调节定向中促进定向、预防定向(r=0.45,0.38;P<0.01)具有相关性;躯体康复速度与视觉模拟量表中主动性、关节活动度(r=0.69,0.40;P<0.01)具有相关性。促进定向对康复速度具有正向预测作用(β=0.25,t=2.41,P<0.05);主动性对康复速度具有正向预测作用(β=0.61,t=5.75,P<0.001)。结论:心理特质(主动性,调节定向中的促进定向)与躯体康复速度密切相关,且具有正向预测作用。可以采取针对性措施引导其选择积极应对方式,改善患者的心理特质,提高患者的促进定向及其主动性,以提高康复疗效。Objective:To explore the relationship between postoperative rehabilitation effect and psychological characteristics of patients with sports fractures,so as to provide basis for psychological intervention of postoperative rehabilitation of patients with sports fractures.Methods:CD-RISC,RFQ,VAS were used to investigate the postoperative rehabilitation of 50 patients with sports fractures.The data were processed by SPSS 26.0 statistical software,the measurement data were described by(x±s),the correlation was analyzed by Pearson correlation method,and the predictive effect of multi-factor linear regression equation was constructed.Results:Physical rehabilitation speed was related to resilience dimension(r=0.38,P=0.007),strength dimension(r=0.43,P=0.001),optimism dimension(r=0.46,P=0.001),promotion orientation(r=0.45,P=0.001)and prevention orientation(r=0.38,P=0.007);There were significant correlation among physical rehabilitation speed and initiative dimension(r=0.69,P=0.001),the change dimensions of joint range of motion(r=0.40,P=0.004).Promotion orientation had a positive predictive effect on rehabilitation speed(β=0.25,t=2.41,P=0.02),and initiative had a positive predictive effect on rehabilitation speed(β=0.61,t=5.75,P<0.001).Conclusion:Psychological traits(proactivity and directional adjustment)are closely related to the speed of physical rehabilitation,and play a positive predictive role.Targeted measures can be taken to guide them to choose positive coping styles,improve patients'psychological characteristics,and improve patients'promotion orientation and initiative,so as to improve the curative effect of rehabilitation.
