摘　　要：监狱警察长期从事罪犯改造工作,由于工作环境和工作对象的特殊性,监狱警察容易出现某些心理问题,其心理健康水平直接影响到工作和生活的正常进行,关系到罪犯改造成效,以及社会的稳定发展。从国家、监狱、家庭和监狱警察自身等方面采取有效措施,解决监狱警察常见的心理问题,切实提高监狱警察的心理健康水平,可以更好地促进监狱警察顺利开展工作和正常生活。本文依据监狱警察常出现的心理问题,并结合监狱工作实际,提出了一些切实可行的解决措施,希望对提高监狱警察的心理健康水平有所帮助,也希望国家和社会高度关注监狱警察的心理健康。Prison policemen are engaged in the reform of criminals for a long time,because of the particularity of the working environment and the object of work,prison policemen are prone to some psychological problems,and their mental health level directly affects the normal progress of work and life,it is related to the reform of criminals and the stable development of society.To take effective measures from the aspects of the state,prisons,families and the prison police themselves to solve the common psychological problems of the prison police,and effectively improve the mental health level of the prison police,prison police can improve their work and normal life.Based on the common psychological problems of prison police and the actual work in prison,this paper puts forward some practical and feasible measures to solve these problems,to improve the mental health level of prison police,we also hope that the state and society pay great attention to the mental health of prison police.
