摘  要:2023年6月,中国石油天然气集团公司(以下简称中国石油)自主开发的首个特高含硫气田——TSP气田全面达产,开启了中国特高含硫气田跨越式发展的崭新里程碑,DKH—QLB特高含硫气田正处于全面建设阶段,至此四川盆地特高含硫气田勘探开发步入全新阶段。为实现特高含硫气藏的安全清洁高效开发,中国石油西南油气田公司坚持自主创新,以TSP气田、DKH—QLB气田产能建设为依托,在特高含硫气田高效高产开发、地面集输、天然气净化、腐蚀防护、安全环保、数智化建设等方面持续探索和实践,取得中国特高含硫气田开发关键核心技术的新突破。研究结果表明:①高陡构造高精度地震成像及地层模型重构技术,实现了60°陡倾角地层构造样式恢复,进一步建立高产井部署模式,开发井均获百万立方米天然气高产;②“评价—设计—管控”三位一体井控技术、复杂地质环境优快钻完井技术、高产高效益建井关键配套技术和全生命周期井完整性保障技术,保障了特高含硫气田井工程的安全高效建设;③形成包括气液混/分输工艺、材质评选及缓蚀剂防腐、有机硫深度脱除及尾气超低排放、全面施工质量控制、多重联锁保护和多级紧急截断的特高含硫气田地面工程技术体系,支撑了地面系统安全高效平稳运行和清洁生产;④建立了中国特高含硫气田最严格的安全防护距离及应急管控系统,形成含硫气田水闪蒸气增压回收技术,实现站场闪蒸气零排放,保障了特高含硫气田的安全清洁高效开发;⑤储层—井筒—地面元素硫沉积预测及防治技术,实现储层—井筒—地面元素硫沉积的有效预测,解决了元素硫沉积堵塞的难题,支撑特高含硫气田长期稳产;⑥优化了数字化交付标准,打造了生产全系统的数字孪生体,建立了融合开发生产上下游一体化模型和多场景智能工作流,构建了智�In June 2023,PetroChina's first independently developed ultra-high sulfur gas field,namely TSP Gas Field,reached the expected production rate,which marks a new milestone in the leapfrog development of ultra-high sulfur gas fields in China.The DKH-QLB ultra-high sulfur gas field is currently in comprehensive construction,ushering a new stage in the exploration and development of ultra-high sulfur gas fields in the Sichuan Basin.In order to achieve safe,clean,and efficient development of ultra-high sulfur gas reservoirs,PetroChina Southwest Oil&Gasfield Company adheres to independent innovation,and targeting at the productivity construction of TSP and DKH-QLB gasfields,continuously explores and practices in high-efficiency and high-yield development,ground gathering and treatment,natural gas purification,corrosion control,QSHE and digital construction of ultra-high sulfur gas fields.New breakthroughs are realized in key core technologies for the development of ultra-high sulfur gas fields in China.The following research results are obtained.First,the development of the high-precision seismic imaging and stratigraphic model reconstruction techniques for highly steep structures achieves the structural pattern restoration of 60°steep-dip formations,and the established high-yield well deployment model is verified in development well to achieve high natural gas production of one million cubic meters.Second,the development of"evaluation-design-control"integrated well control technology,optimized fast drilling and completion technologies for complex geological setting,key supporting technologies for high-yield high-benefit well construction,and full-life-cycle well integrity guarantee technologies ensure the safe and efficient construction of well engineering in ultra-high sulfur gas fields.Third,the establishment of surface engineering technology system for ultra-high sulfur gas fields,including gas-liquid mixed/split transportation processes,material selection and corrosion inhibitors,in-depth sulfide removal and ultra
