摘  要:衬层是推进剂与火箭发动机绝热层或壳体之间的高分子弹性体涂层,它是一种壳体黏接式火箭发动机装药常用的黏接材料。超临界CO_(2)喷涂是近年来出现的一种有望用于衬层喷涂的绿色安全技术,雾化效果是影响其喷涂质量的主要因素之一。基于自主开发的超临界CO_(2)喷涂装置,使用激光粒度仪测量雾化液滴粒径,并采用响应曲面法系统研究了CO_(2)温度、CO_(2)压力、CO_(2)含量(w)和喷涂距离对衬层料浆经喷嘴雾化液滴粒径尺寸的影响规律及最佳喷涂工艺参数。研究结果表明,CO_(2)压力和CO_(2)含量对雾化效果有显著影响,雾化液滴粒径随CO_(2)压力和含量增大而减小,且CO_(2)压力的影响大于CO_(2)含量,其他因素影响不显著。当CO_(2)温度为52℃、压力为10 MPa、CO_(2)含量为49%和喷涂距离为42.5 cm可得到衬层料浆最小雾化液滴粒径为75.64μm。以上研究结果可为火箭发动机衬层超临界CO_(2)绿色安全喷涂的产业化提供理论基础。The liner is a polymer elastomer coating between the propellant and the insulation layer or shell of a rocket engine.It is a commonly used adhesive material for shell bonding rocket engine propellant.Supercritical CO_(2) spraying is a green and safe technology that has emerged in recent years and is expected to be used for liner spraying.The atomization effect is one of the main factors affecting its spraying quality.Based on a self-developed supercritical CO_(2) spraying device,the particle size of atomized droplets is measured using a laser particle size analyzer,and the response surface methodology is used to systematically study the effects of CO_(2) temperature,CO_(2) pressure,CO_(2) content,and spraying distance on the particle size of atomized droplets of liner slurry through a nozzle,as well as the optimal spraying process parameters.The results show that the pressure and content of CO_(2) have a significant impact on the atomization effect.The particle size of atomized droplets decreases with the increase of CO_(2) pressure and content,and the influence of CO_(2) pressure is greater than that of CO_(2) content.Other factors have no significant impact.When the CO_(2) temperature is 52℃,the pressure is 10MPa,the CO_(2) content is 49%,and the spraying distance is 42.5 cm,the minimum particle size of atomized droplets is 75.64μm.The above research results can provide a theoretical basis for the industrialization of supercritical CO_(2) green and safe spraying of rocket engine liners.
