摘　　要：在多相反应器中,相界面积是影响过程效率的重要参数。微气泡可以提高气液间相界面积,同时延长气液相间停留时间,达到强化传质的目的。通过借助新型分布器将微气泡引入到浆态床反应器,强化了反应器的传质性能。设计与开发了新型浆态床气体分布器,搭建了微孔气体分布器的测试平台,进行了2种成泡试验,借助高速摄像拍摄获得空气-水体系中气泡的生成过程,得到了气泡的尺寸变化以及气泡生成频率,比较分析开孔型式和表观气速对气泡生成过程的影响,以确定中试或工业放大新型气体分布器的型式。In heterogeneous reactors,gas-liquid interface area is an important parament which affects the efficiency of the mass transfer process.Microbubbles can increase the gas-liquid interface area,while prolonging the residence time between gas and liquid,so as to enhance gas-liquid mass transfer.The mass transfer performance of the reactor will be enhanced by introducing microbubbles into the slurry bed reactor by utilizing a novel distributor.A novel slurry bed gas distributor is designed and developed,and a test platform for a microporous gas distributor is built.Two types of bubble formation experiments are conducted.The formation process of bubbles,the bubble size variation and the bubble formation frequency in the air-water system is generally obtained through high-speed camera.And the effects of the opening type and apparent gas velocity on the bubble generation process are compared and analyzed,so as to determine the type of the novel gas distributor for pilot test or industrial amplification.
