摘  要:在炼油化工企业中,生产装置电网波动较为常见,会对安全和环保产生不利影响。分析了电网波动的原因,制订了抗电网波动策略,确定了抗电网波动措施技术方案,介绍了系统性开展抗电网波动工作的实例,抗电网波动工作是个系统性工程,只要各专业部门密切配合,开展综合治理,能够在少量投入的情况下取得真正实效。In refining and chemical enterprises,the power grid fluctuations of production facilities are common and can have adverse effects on safety and environmental protection.The causes of power grid fluctuations are analyzed,the anti-power grid fluctuation strategies are formulated,the technical solutions for anti-power grid fluctuation measures are determined,and the examples of systematically carrying out anti-power grid fluctuation work are introduced.Anti-power grid fluctuation work is a systematic project,and as long as various professions closely cooperate and carry out comprehensive management,it can achieve real results with a small amount of investment.
