摘 要:针对永进油田致密砂岩油藏合成基钻井液储层损害问题,通过岩心分析、储层敏感性评价以及固相与滤液侵入试验等探究了储层损害机理,提出了封堵低渗储层基质与微裂缝储层保护对策,设计研制暂堵剂配方、优选高承压封堵剂,开发了1套适合永进油田致密砂岩油藏的低伤害合成基钻井液(SD-4)。结果表明,储层平均孔喉半径为0.1μm,目的层孔喉细小,渗流能力差。矿物组成以石英为主、平均含量36.37%,黏土平均含量7.22%。应力敏感、固相和滤液侵入是损害储层的主要因素。开发的SD-4钻井液在140℃/16 h热滚前后流变性良好,抗温达160℃,可抗1.5%CaCl_(2)、12%NaCl和12%劣土的污染,200μm裂缝封堵承压能力达6 MPa,岩心污染试验渗透率恢复值超过89%。现场应用表明SD-4钻井液性能稳定,具有优良的致密砂岩储层保护性能。Aiming at the problem of formation damage of synthetic-based drilling fluid to tight sandstone reservoirs in Yongjin Oilfield,the reservoirs damage mechanism is explored through core analysis,reservoirs sensitivity evaluation and solid particles/filtrate invasion experiment.The protection methods of plugging the pore space in matrix and micro-fracture in low permeability reservoirs are put forward.Therefore,a synthetic-base drilling fluid(SD-4)with extremely lower damage for tight sandstone reservoirs in Yongjin Oilfield is developed by optimizing the temporary plugging agent formula and the high pressure plugging agent.The results show that the average pore throat radius of the reservoirs is 0.1μm,and the target layer has small pore throats and poor permeability.The mineral composition is mainly quartz,with an average content of 36.37%,and the average content of clay is 7.22%.Stress sensitivity,solid particles/filtrate invasion are the main factors that damage the reservoirs.The SD-4 drilling fluid has good rheological properties before and after hot rolling at 140℃/16 h,with a temperature resistance of up to 160℃.It can resist contamination from 1.5%CaCl_(2),12%NaCl,and 12%poor quality clay.The plugging pressure capacity of 200μm fracture can reach 6 MPa,and the permeability recovery value after core contamination experiment is more than 89%.Field applications have shown that SD-4 drilling fluid has stable performance and excellent protective properties for tight sandstone reservoirs.
