摘  要:【目的】旨在更好地了解焊后热处理工艺对SA508-Ⅲ钢大型核电压力容器残余应力的影响。【方法】制备了SA508-Ⅲ钢焊接试件,并依据ASME标准执行不同规格的焊后热处理工艺。采用盲孔法分别测量了焊态及不同规格焊后热处理态下焊接试件上下表面的残余应力分布;同时,基于ABAQUS软件,对焊接试件的焊接及焊后热处理过程的应力演变进行了数值模拟,考查了蠕变对焊后热处理残余应力的影响,并研究了焊后热处理时间对残余应力释放程度的影响。【结果】结果表明,在620℃的焊后热处理温度下,材料的蠕变效应对残余应力的释放起着非常重要的作用,考虑蠕变的焊后热处理模型得到的残余应力分布与实测值更为接近。模拟结果显示,焊后热处理时间为1 h,6 h和40 h时,焊缝的横向残余应力值峰值分别为200 MPa,65 MPa,50 MPa。【结论】随着焊后热处理时间的延长,焊缝应力水平持续下降,且在焊后热处理6 h内下降最为显著,为焊后热处理工艺的优化提供了依据。[Objective]The purpose was to better understand effect of post weld heat treatment process on residual stress of welds in large nuclear power pressure vessels that was made of SA508-Ⅲ steel.[Methods]SA508-Ⅲ steel weldments were prepared,and different post weld heat treatment processes were executed according to ASME standards.The residual stress distribution on the upper and lower surfaces of weldments under states of as-welded and different post weld heat treatment(PWHT)was measured by blind-hole method.At the same time,based on ABAQUS software,numerical simulations were conducted to precipitate stress evolution during welding and PWHT processes of weldments.Effect of creep on residual stress of post weld heat treatment was investigated,and effect of PWHT time on degree of residual stress release was studied.[Results]The results revealed that creep effect of materials played a very important role in the release of residual stress at 620℃ of PWHT.The residual stress distribution obtained by PWHT model considering creep effect was closer to the measured values.The simulation results showed that peak values of transverse residual stress in weld were 200 MPa,65 MPa,and 50 MPa respectively under 1 h,6 h,and 40 h of PWHT time.[Conclusion]With the extension of PWHT time,stress level of weld kept decreasing,and significant change occurred within 6 h of PWHT,which provided a data basis for the optimization of PWHT process.
