摘　　要：The Third Belt and Road Energy Ministerial Conference Held in Qingdao The Third Belt and Road Energy Ministerial Conference took place in Qingdao on October 23 and 24.CNPC organized a sub-forum titled“Transformation and Security:Speeding Up the Development of a New Energy System”.On the morning of October 24,Huang Yongzhang gave a speech during the opening of the sub-forum.He pointed out that energy cooperation is a key area in the joint construction of the Belt and Road Initiative.CNPC has worked closely with both domestic and international partners to drive joint development,carried out extensive and pragmatic cooperation in fields such as major investment projects,oil and gas trade,and engineering and technical services,and completed a series of high-standard landmark projects,fostering and forming a new pattern of mutually beneficial and win-win energy cooperation.In the future,CNPC will promote oil and gas cooperation to a deeper level to enhance the resilience and security of both the industrial chain and the supply chain,thereby contributing to global energy security.With greater cooperation in technological innovation as the engine,CNPC will actively promote cooperation in clean and low-carbon energy technologies and foster new driving forces for the development of the energy industry.Guided by a more rapid transformation and upgrade,CNPC will actively explore opportunities for green and low-carbon cooperation and work to advance energy cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative towards greater quality and a higher level.
