摘  要:随着矿产资源的不断开发利用,硫化矿资源贫细杂的局面越来越凸显,传统的高碱工艺难以满足需求。长期以来研究者就硫化矿的低碱选矿技术开展了大量的研究,也取得了显著进展。论文从当前硫化矿浮选分离采用主要的工艺、药剂以及浮选理论研究等方面归纳总结多金属硫化矿低碱浮选分离的主要研究进展,分析了低碱条件下硫化矿浮选分离的工艺特点,综述了硫化矿低碱捕收剂、抑制剂、活化剂和低碱浮选理论研究的主要进展,并展望了低碱条件下硫化矿浮选分离的主要发展方向,可为复杂硫化矿低碱浮选分离生产实践提供参考。With the continuous development and utilization of mineral resources,the situation of poor,fine and mixed sulfide ore resources is more and more prominent,and the traditional high-alkali process is difficult to meet the demand.For a long time,researchers have conducted extensive research on low-alkali beneficiation technology for sulfide ores,and remarkable progress has been made.This paper summarizes the main research progress of low-alkali flotation separation of polymetallic sulfide ores from the main technology,reagents and flotation theory.The technological characteristics of flotation separation of sulfide ores under low-alkali condition are analyzed.The main progress in the research of low-alkali collectors,depressants,activators and low-alkali flotation theory of sulfide ores is reviewed.The main development direction of flotation separation of sulfide ores under low-alkali condition is prospected,which can provide reference for the production practice of low-alkali flotation separation of complex sulfide ores.
