某钼矿半自磨机筒体衬板的优化设计

摘  要:钼矿选厂半自磨机筒体衬板在较长一段时期内存在使用寿命短、可靠性差的问题。按照寿命周期内的原矿总处理量计,衬板的期望寿命应达到500万t/套,但原有衬板平均仅达到460万t/套。此外,原有衬板在使用过程中,频繁出现开裂、破损。这两个问题的存在,既增加了选厂的运营成本,也影响了生产的稳定性,还存在较大的安全隐患。针对以上问题,相关人员开展合作研究,分析原有衬板的现场使用情况,并采用实验室测试分析手段,分析了现场衬板的硬度分布、金相以及抗冲击性能,根据分析结果及现场实际需求,进行外形改进及材料升级,优化设计出了新衬板。随后采用离散元进行模拟分析,模拟结果显示该新衬板具有良好的应用效果。在新衬板投入使用后,选厂实现了磨矿作业的稳定运转,衬板更换周期得到了延长,排除选厂检修排期因素,衬板使用寿命能达到530万t/套。并且开裂问题得到了有效解决,避免了半自磨机频繁的非计划停机维护。在运行期间,团队间断进行磨损测量,建立衬板3D模型以分析衬板的使用效果,并对处理量与衬板厚度进行了拟合,结果显示新衬板各位置磨损较为均匀平滑,能够保证筒体衬板各单元的寿命周期一致性;结果还显示,该衬板具备较长的寿命周期,拥有良好的可靠性与耐用性,能够满足现场持续稳定生产的需求。The problems of short service life and poor reliability exist in the liner of semi-autogenous mill of molybdenum concentrator in a long period of time.According to the total processing capacity of raw ore in the life cycle,the expected life of the liner should reach 5million t/set,but the average life of the original liner is only 4.6million t/set.In addition,the original liner is frequently cracked and damaged in the use process.The existence of these two problems not only increases the operation cost of the concentrator,but also affects the stability of production,and there are still great potential safety hazards.In view of the above problems,the relevant personnel carried out cooperative research,analyzed the field use of the original liner,and used laboratory testing and analysis methods to analyze the hardness distribution,metallography and impact resistance of the field liner,according to the analysis results and the actual needs of the site,improved the shape and upgraded the material,and optimized the design of a new liner.Then the discrete element method is used to simulate and analyze,and the simulation results show that the new lining plate has good application effect.After the new liner was put into use,the concentrator realized the stable operation of the grinding operation,the replacement cycle of the liner was prolonged,and the service life of the liner could reach 5.3million t/set without the factor of overhaul schedule of the concentrator.The cracking problem is effectively solved,and the frequent unplanned shutdown maintenance of the semi-autogenous mill is avoided.During the operation,the team carried out intermittent wear measurement,established a 3Dmodel of the liner to analyze the use effect of the liner,and fitted the processing capacity with the thickness of the liner.The results showed that the wear of each position of the new liner was relatively uniform and smooth,which could ensure the life cycle consistency of each unit of the cylinder liner.The results also show that the liner has a
