摘  要:针对现有粉尘浓度测量技术在工业现场测量误差大、稳定性低的问题,设计了一种基于振荡天平法原理的粉尘浓度测量装置。为了提高振荡传感器测量精度,对不同材料、结构的振荡系统进行模态分析优化质量灵敏度。通过对振荡传感器磁耦合干扰问题进行研究,提出了一种线圈交错安装的传感器结构,并搭建实验平台确定交错参数,从而提高振荡传感器的稳定性。根据振荡特性设计了基于模拟乘法器的测频电路确保测量准确度。结合搭建的粉尘浓度测量系统进行测试,经实验验证:振荡传感器灵敏度为0.624 Hz/mg,重复性小于5%,在工业现场应用中,零漂在±0.1 mg/m^(3)以内,相对误差在±8%以内,具有较高的测量准确度,在干扰因素较多的生产作业场所仍具有良好的稳定性,满足应用需要。A dust concentration measurement device based on the principle of TEOM is designed to address the problem of high measurement error and low stability of existing dust concentration measurement techniques in industrial production workplaces.To improve the measurement accuracy of the Oscillation sensor,Modalanalysis is conducted to optimize the quality sensitivity of Oscillation systems with different materials and structures.A sensor structure with coil interleaving installation is proposed to address the issue of magnetic coupling interference of the oscillating sensor,and an experimental platform is set up to determine the interleaving parameters,thereby improving the stability of the Oscillation sensor.Based on the oscillating characteristics,a frequency measurement circuit based on Analogmultiplier is designed to ensure measurement accuracy.The dust concentration measurement system is tested,and the experiment verifies that the sensitivity of the oscillating sensor is 0.624 Hz/mg.In industrial field applications,the zero drift is within±0.1 mg/m^(3),the measurement error is within 5%,In industrial field applications,zero drift is within±0.1 mg/m^(3),with a relative error of±8%,and it has high measurement accuracy.Furthermore,it exhibits good stability in production workplaces with many interfering factors and meets application requirements.
