摘 要:经颅直流电刺激(tDCS)运动皮层可对人体平衡能力产生影响,但平衡过程的神经活动和作用机制尚缺乏客观分析手段。从内源性角度出发,以反映人体平衡外在表现的人体压力中心(COP)为佐证,采用脑电信号(EEG)样本熵和功率谱密度特征分析人体平衡过程的大脑皮层活动,用功能脑网络拓扑结构和特征对人体平衡神经调节机制进行研究。通过阻断视觉和本体觉的方式,对比分析了tDCS阳极/阴极刺激后的人体平衡特征指标。实验结果表明,tDCS刺激可促使样本熵、功率谱密度等皮层活性指标改变,功能脑网络的区间联络发生新变化。与tDCS伪刺激相比,tDCS阳极刺激使EEG活动更加有序、皮层活性提升,功能脑网络的连接特征增强,脑区之间协同作用更加明显,而tDCS阴极刺激则相反。Transcranial direct current stimulation(tDCS)of the cortex can affect the balance ability of human body,but the neural activity and mechanism of the balance process are still lack of objective analysis.Based on the evidence of center of pressure(COP),which reflects the external performance of human body,the cerebral cortex activity during human balance process is analyzed by using the sample entropy and power spectral density characteristics of EEG samples.The functional brain network topology and characteristics are used to study the neural regulation mechanism of human balance.By blocking vision and proprioception,the characteristics of human balance after anode/cathode stimulation of tDCS are analyzed.The experimental results show that tDCS stimulation can change the sample entropy,power spectral density and other cortical activity indexes,and the interval connection of functional brain network changes.Compared with tDCS pseudo-stimulation,the anodic stimulation of tDCS results in more orderly EEG activity,enhanced cortical activity,enhanced connectivity features of functional brain networks,and more obvious synergies between brain regions,whereas the cathodic stimulation of tDCS does not.
