摘 要:通过对芯片、半导体、面板等行业所产生的废硫酸进行脱氟预处理工序,降低废硫酸中的氟含量,然后对脱氟后的废酸进一步试验,研究了pH值和旋转蒸发温度对工业硫酸铵产品中氮含量和游离酸含量的影响。研究表明,较佳的工艺条件为:1 t废酸中投加0.0015 t氢氧化钙和0.0024 t氯化钙进行脱氟,1 t废酸投加0.1262 t氨水进行反应,控制pH值为5,旋转蒸发温度为60℃,可制得符合行业标准HG/T 5744—2020的工业硫酸铵产品,并对其经济效益进行了测算。Pre-treatment processes,such as defluorination,were employed to reduce the fluorine content in waste sulphuric acid generated in industries such as chips,semiconductors,and panels.Further experiments were conducted on the defluorinated waste sulphuric acid to investigate the effects of pH value and rotary evaporation temperature on the nitrogen content and free acid content in industrial ammonium sulfate products.The study revealed that the optimal process conditions were as follows:adding 0.0015 t calcium hydroxide and 0.0024 t calcium chloride to 1 t waste sulphuric acid for defluorination,adding 0.1262 t ammonia water to 1 t waste sulphuric acid for the reaction,maintaining the pH at 5,and setting the rotary evaporation temperature to 60℃.Industrial ammonium sulfate products that met the industry standards HG/T 5744-2020 could be produced,and the economic benefits were calculated.
