摘　　要：介绍了宝钢湛江钢铁有限公司3套烧结脱硫富集烟气(SRG)制酸装置的工艺流程、主要设备及运行情况。3套SRG烟气制酸装置均采用二转二吸制酸工艺。生产实践表明,3套SRG烟气制酸装置各项工艺指标均达到设计值,工程采用的工艺技术先进、可靠,具有较好的环境效益和社会效益。This article introduces the process,main equipments,and operation of three sets of sintering desulfurization enriched flue gas(SRG)acid production units at Baosteel Zhanjiang Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.Three sets of SRG acid production units all adopt the two conversion and two absorption acid production process.Production practice has shown that all process indicators of the three SRG acid production units have reached the design values,and the process technology adopted in the project is advanced and reliable,with good environmental and social benefits.
