摘 要:介绍了某有色金属冶炼厂制酸系统的扩能改造以及铜、酸系统平衡优化情况。通过开展漏风率分段检测,确定了主要漏风点,有针对性地进行改造;将原硫酸三系列常规转化工艺改造为“4+1”预转化工艺,停开原硫酸四系列;对铜、酸系统烟气平衡进行优化。改造后SO_(2)的转化率提高到99.93%以上,尾气脱硫系统双氧水消耗量由20 t/d降低至8 t/d,0.6 MPa蒸汽产量由17~18 t/h提升至30 t/h,成品硫酸的综合能耗由16 kgce/t降低至10 kgce/t,现场环境得到改善,实现了澳炉、转炉与硫酸作业区持续稳定作业。This article introduces the capacity expansion and renovation of the acid production system in a nonferrous metal smelting plant,as well as the optimization of copper and acid system balance.By conducting segmented detection of air leakage rate,the main air leakage points were identified and targeted improvements were made.Transforming the conventional conversion process of the original third series sulphuric acid system into“4+1”pre-conversion process,and stopping the original fourth series sulphuric acid system.Optimize the flue gas balance of copper and acid system.After the transformation,the conversion rate of SO_(2) has been increased to over 99.93%,the hydrogen peroxide consumption of the tail gas desulfurization system has been reduced from 20 t/d to 8 t/d,the steam production of 0.6 MPa has been increased from 17-18 t/h to 30 t/h,and the comprehensive energy consumption of finished sulphuric acid has been reduced from 16 kgce/t to 10 kgce/t.The on-site environment has been improved,achieving continuous and stable operation in the Ausmelt furnace,converter,and sulphuric acid operation areas.
