摘 要:介绍了新型抗阻湿法制酸钒催化剂在中国石油化工集团有限公司烷基化废酸再生装置中的应用情况。装置运行过程中对催化剂床层压降、尾气中SO_(2)浓度及产品浓硫酸浓度等方面进行了考察。结果表明,采用新型抗阻钒催化剂与常规催化剂组合装填模式,能有效减缓催化剂床层压降上涨,并保证SO_(2)总转化率达到99.9%,装置运行稳定,尾排ρ(SO_(2))<10 mg/m^(3),符合环保要求。The application of a new anti-blocking vanadium catalyst in the alkylation spent acid regeneration units of SINOPEC is presented.Through an investigation of the pressure drop across the catalyst bed,the concentration of SO_(2) in the exhaust gas,and the concentration of sulphuric acid in the product,the findings indicate that the implement of the new anti-blocking vanadium catalyst and conventional catalyst combination loading mode can effectively mitigate the pressure drop in the catalyst bed.Furthermore,this approach ensures a total conversion rate of 99.9%for SO_(2).The system operates with stability,achieving a tail discharge of less than 10 mg/m^(3) of SO_(2),thereby complying with environmental protection standards.
