摘　　要：介绍了某公司湿法废酸再生装置的工艺流程和运行情况,分析了装置运行过程中低温露点腐蚀、静电除雾器短路故障、高温陶瓷过滤器问题、一级转化器催化剂活性低及床层压降大等问题的原因,并提出相应的改进措施,针对困扰装置长周期运行的难点问题进行思考,提出合理化建议。This article introduces the process flow and operation of a wet waste acid regeneration unit in a certain company,analyzes the reasons for low temperature dew point corrosion,short circuit failure of electrostatic defogger,high temperature ceramic filter problems,low activity of primary converter catalyst,and large bed pressure drop during the operation of the unit,and proposes corresponding improvement measures.It also considers the difficult problems that plague the long-term operation of the unit and puts forward rational suggestions.
