摘 要:钛合金因具有高强度、较好的耐腐蚀性和抗氧化性能,被广泛应用于各个领域,但其耐磨性较差,限制了其应用范围。固体粉末渗硼技术可极大地提高金属材料的表面硬度、耐磨和耐腐蚀性能。本文综合阐述了近年来国内外钛合金表面固体渗硼技术的研究现状,探讨了渗剂组分、渗硼层形成过程及影响渗硼层生长的关键因素,并对渗硼层的耐磨和耐腐蚀性能进行了归纳总结。钛合金的渗硼层为双相结构,基体类型、渗剂组分和渗硼温度均会影响渗硼层的生长;该渗硼层能够有效提高基材的摩擦学特性和耐腐蚀性能。Titanium alloys are widely utilized across various industries due to their high strength,excellent corrosion resistance,and good oxidation resistance.However,their limited wear resistance restricts their broader application.Powder pack boronizing is a promising technique to significantly enhance the surface hardness,wear resistance,and corrosion resistance of metallic materials.This summary synthesizes current advances in boronizing technology for titanium alloys,discussing the mechanisms,formation processes,and performance enhancements achieved through this treatment.The boronized layer in titanium alloys is characterized by a dual-phase structure,where factors such as substrate type,boronizing agent composition,and boronizing temperature considerably affect the final characteristics of the boronized layer.The boronized layer effectively improves both the tribological properties and corrosion resistance of the substrate.
