摘  要:WC基硬质合金是常用的涂层材料之一,因其热硬度高、耐磨性强、与铁钴镍等金属相润湿性好等优点而被广泛应用于管道、阀门、切削工具和采矿设备等。由于服役环境的苛刻性与复杂性,传统的WC基硬质合金涂层已无法满足现代工业的需求。为了提升WC基硬质合金涂层的服役安全性和稳定性,通过引入碳化物来减小涂层中的WC晶粒尺寸或对其进行第二相强化,是提升涂层性能的一种高效且常用的方法。本文概述了WC基硬质合金涂层的特点及制备方法,系统分析了六种碳化物(SiC、VC、WC、Cr_(3)C_(2)、NbC、TiC)对WC基硬质合金涂层微观结构及性能影响的最新研究进展,展望了碳化物强化WC基硬质合金涂层性能的发展趋势和应用前景。WC-based hard alloy is a commonly used coating material,which is widely used in pipelines,valves,cutting tools,and mining equipment due to its high thermal hardness,strong wear resistance,and good wettability with metals such as iron,cobalt,and nickel.Due to the harsh and complex service environment,traditional WC-based hard alloy coatings are no longer able to meet the needs of modern industry.In order to improve the service safety and stability of WC-based hard alloy coatings,introducing carbides to reduce the WC grain size in the coating or performing second phase strengthening is an efficient and commonly used method to enhance coating performance.This article provides an overview of the characteristics and preparation methods of WC-based hard alloy coatings.At the same time,the latest research progress about the influence of six carbides(SiC,VC,WC,Cr_(3)C_(2),NbC,TiC)on the microstructure and properties of WC-based hard alloy coatings was systematically analyzed.Finally,the development trend and application prospects of carbide reinforced WC-based hard alloy coatings were discussed.
