摘 要:本研究采用脉冲电沉积法制备了Ni-W-Ti_(2)AlC复合镀层,通过正交试验研究了电流密度、占空比、频率和Ti_(2)AlC添加量对镀层组织结构和性能的影响;采用X射线衍射谱和场发射扫描电子显微镜观察了镀层的晶体结构、表面形貌和镀层厚度,使用电化学测试和摩擦磨损测试研究了镀层的耐腐蚀和耐摩擦性能。结果表明,电流密度、占空比、频率和Ti_(2)AlC添加量的改变对镀层的厚度、W元素含量和表面形貌产生了一定的影响,其中电流密度对镀层厚度和镀层中W元素含量影响最大。兼顾耐摩擦性能和耐腐蚀性能,脉冲电沉积法制备Ni-W-Ti_(2)AlC复合镀层的最佳工艺参数为:电流密度为8 A/dm^(2)、频率为200 Hz、占空比为70%、Ti_(2)AlC添加量为7.5 g/L。The material preparation process exerts a considerable influence on the microstructure and properties of the material.Ni-W-Ti_(2)AlC composite coatings were prepared via pulsed electro-deposition.The effects of current density,duty cycle,frequency,and addition of Ti_(2)AlC on the microstructure and properties of the coatings were investigated through orthogonal experiments with the objective of determining the optimal processing parameters.The crystal structure,surface morphology,and coating thickness were characterised using field emission scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM).The corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the coatings were evaluated through electrochemical testing and tribological tests.The results indicated that the optimal process parameters for the preparation of Ni-W-Ti_(2)AlC composite coatings are a current density of 8 A/dm^(2),a frequency of 200 Hz,a duty cycle of 70%,and a Ti_(2)AlC addition of 7.5 g/L.
