摘　　要：目的探讨床旁智能交互系统视频教学联合授权教育在脑卒中偏瘫患者早期康复中的应用效果。方法选取2022年10月-2023年6月在聊城市人民医院神经内科住院治疗的脑卒中偏瘫患者90例为研究对象,根据患者所在病区将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各45例。对照组采用床旁智能交互系统的视频教学模式进行康复训练,观察组在对照组的基础上给予8周的授权教育干预。采用Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分量表(Fugl-Meyer assessment scale,FMA)、脑卒中专用生活质量量表(stroke specific quality of life scale,SS-QOL)、改良Rankin量表(modified Rankin scale,MRS)进行干预效果评价。结果观察组FMA评分、MRS评分、SS-QOL评分均显著高于对照组(F_(组间)=120.137,P<0.001;F_(组间)=8.658,P<0.001;F_(组间)=51.646,P<0.001)。结论床旁智能交互系统视频教学联合授权教育可提高脑卒中偏瘫患者的运动功能,改善患者神经功能结局,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the application effect of bedside intelligent interactive system video teaching combined with authorized education in early rehabilitation of stroke survivors with hemiplegia.Methods A total of 90 stroke survivors with hemiplegia who were hospitalized in the neurology department of Liaocheng people′s hospital between October 2022 and June 2023 were selected,and divided into a control group and an observation group,each of 45,according to their different wards.Both groups received 8-week rehabilitation training using the video teaching of the bedside intelligent interactive system,while the observation group was additionally provided with authorized education.Then both groups were evaluated using the Fugl Meyer assessment scale(FMA),stroke specific quality of life scale(SS-QOL)and modified Rankin scale(MRS).Results The FMA score,MRS score,and SS-QOL score of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group(F_(inter-group)=120.137,P<0.001;F_(inter-group)=8.658,P<0.001;F_(inter-group)=51.646,P<0.001).Conclusion The combination of bedside intelligent interactive system video teaching and authorized education can improve the motor function of stroke survivors with hemiplegia,as well as their neurological function and life quality.
