摘  要:小型航空发动机推力小,测试要求高,且推力测试现场由于振动频率的干扰会进一步影响推力的测试精度。针对上述问题,设计了固有频率高、动态特性良好的十字梁型推力测试传感器,具有智能化、测试灵敏度高、结构简单、安装方便等特点。为避免传输过程中测试信号受到干扰,智能信号处理系统采用CAN总线传输技术。经优化后的测试系统灵敏度提高24%。传感器一阶模态为3457 Hz,动态特性结果证明共振频率高于工况要求,满足固有频率高的设计目标。Small aero engines have small thrust and high test requirements,and the thrust test site will further affect the test precision of thrust due to the interference of vibration fre-quency.Aiming at the above problems,a cross beam thrust test sensor with high natural fre-quency and good dynamic characteristics is designed,which has the characteristics of intelli-gence,high test sensitivity,simple structure and convenient installation.In order to avoid in-terference of the test signal during transmission,the intelligent signal processing system adopts CAN bus transmission technology.The sensitivity of optimized test system is improved by 24%.The first-order modal of the sensor is 3457 Hz,and the dynamic characteristics show that the resonant frequency is higher than the working condition requirements,which meets the design goal of high natural frequency.
