摘 要:铁磁纤毛可以通过改变内部磁畴分布的方式在磁场下实现各种不同的弯曲形态。作为一种新型的铁磁材料,二氧化铬(CrO_(2))能够应用在纤毛中并通过激光辅助磁化的方式来实现单根纤毛的精确控制,但是其较低的剩磁和矫顽力会在一定程度上影响纤毛的变形能力。为了研究其变形特点同时提高其变形能力,本文基于特定长径比(7︰1)的微纤毛,设计制造了一种分段结构,使用Abaqus二次开发工具对其进行静力学变形的有限元分析。结果表明:通过分段结构设计,可以显著提高纤毛的变形,并且相对于不分段结构,其变形角度能够提高100%。Ferromagnetic cilia can achieve a variety of different bending forms under magnetic fields by changing the distribution mode of internal magnetic domains.Chromium dioxide(CrO_(2)),as a new type of ferromagnetic material,allows for precise control of a single cilium through laser-assisted magnetization.However,relatively low remanence and coercivity of the material will affect deformation ability of the cilia to some extent.In order to study its deformation properties and improve its deformation ability at the same time,a segmented structure based on micro-cilia with a specific aspect ratio(7D1)is designed and manufactured,and finite element analysis(FEA)on its statics deformation is conducted using Abaqus secondary development tools.The results show that the deformation of cilia can be improved significantly by the segmented design,with a 100% increase in the deformation angle compared to the non-segmented structure.
