摘　　要：本文通过回顾新中国成立以后新疆雕塑艺术发展的历史轨迹,分析新疆雕塑创作人才来源及高校雕塑人才培养对新疆雕塑事业的影响及作用,并以时间顺序梳理了新疆艺术学院雕塑专业教学过程中人才培养的几个主要阶段,最后将新疆雕塑文艺团体对新疆文化产业的影响及近期开展的主要工作进行阐述。On the basis of the review about the historical development of the sculpture art in Xinjiang after the founding of the People's Republic of China,this paper analyzes the sources of sculpture talents in Xinjiang and the impact and role of sculpture talent cultivation in universities on the sculpture cause in Xinjiang.The paper also sorts out several main stages of sculpture talent cultivation in Xinjiang Arts University in chronological order.Finally,it elaborates on the impact of Xinjiang sculpture art groups on the cultural industry in Xinjiang and important work concerning sculpture carried out recently in Xinjiang.
