数字经济背景下高校教育教学创新的区域协同效应研究

摘　　要：文章基于2011-2021年中国高校教育教学创新及数字经济的统计数据,首先探究了数字经济发展对高校教育教学创新的区域协同效应,然后从人力资本和交易成本入手,深入分析数字经济发展对高校教育教学创新的调节效应。结果表明,数字经济促进了高校教育教学创新水平,且高校教育教学创新存在显著的空间依赖性。文章最后从3个方面提出对策和建议。该项研究在促进高校教育教学创新以及评估数字经济政策效果方面具有重要意义。Based on the statistical data of China's university education and teaching innovation and digital economy from 2011 to 2021,this paper first explores the regional synergistic effect of digital economy development on university education and teaching innovation,and then analyzes in depth the regulatory effect of digital economy development on university education and teaching innovation from the perspective of human capital and transaction costs.The results show that the digital economy promotes the innovation level of university education and teaching,and there is a significant spatial dependence on the innovation of university education and teaching.Finally,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from three levels.This research is of great significance in promoting innovation in higher education and teaching and evaluating the effect of digital economy policies.
