摘 要:高精度产品改型迭代、研制迅速,针对传统铝件或钢件制孔钻模质量大、设计制造周期长、报废成本高等不足,提出一种融合3D打印件成本低、制造快且钢件耐磨性好、精度高的高精度钻模研制方法。该方法利用立体光固化成型(Stereo Lithography Appearance,SLA)3D打印技术将光敏树脂制作成钻模外形,利用减材制造方法铣削加工出制孔嵌块,通过压配合与光固化实现钻模外形与嵌块稳固连接。对该方法中所用的光固化参数、加工误差进行了分析,同时对该方法的钻模精度、加工稳定性进行了分析,并通过实验不断优化。实验结果表明,利用该方法研制的钻模孔位公差可达±0.1 mm,型面公差可达0.1 mm,满足高精度产品制孔要求。High-precision product modification iteration and development is rapid.A high-precision drilling jigs development method is proposed to address the shortcomings of traditional aluminum or steel hole drilling dies,such as heavy weight,long design and manufacturing cycles and high scrap costs.This method integrates the low cost and fast manufacturing of 3D printed parts with good wear resistance and high precision of steel parts.The stereo lithography appearance(SLA)3D printing technology is used to produce the shape of a drilling jig by using photosensitive resin,the reduced material manufacturing method is used to milling the embedded block of holes,and stable connection between the shape of the drilling jig and the embedded block is achieved through pressure fitting and light curing.The light curing parameters and processing errors used in the method are analyzed,and the drilling jig accuracy and processing stability of the method are analyzed,which are continuously optimized through experiments.The experimental results show that the hole position tolerance of the new drilling mold can reach±0.1 mm,and the surface tolerance can reach±0.1 mm,which can meet the requirements of hole making of high-precision.
