木浆基水刺固结湿厕纸厚度影响因素探究

摘　　要：探究木浆基水刺固结湿厕纸厚度的影响因素,发现短切纤维质量分数增加,湿厕纸基布厚度降低;成网速度减小,湿厕纸基布厚度增加;纤网缠结系数增加,湿厕纸基布厚度降低;加液量增加,湿厕纸湿态厚度下降;功能添加剂种类对湿厕纸湿态厚度影响较小。The influencing factors of thickness of wood pulp based wet toilet paper consolidated by hydroentangle were investigated.It was found that,the thickness of wet toilet paper substrate decreased with the increase of the mass fraction of cut fibers.The net forming speed decreased,and the thickness of wet toilet paper substrate increased.With the increase of entanglement coefficient,the thickness of wet toilet paper substrate decreased.The wet thickness of wet toilet paper decreased with the increase of liquid addition.The variety of functional additives had little effect on the wet thickness of wet toilet paper.
