摘 要:为更好地突破高性能碳纤维制备技术壁垒,选择使用油剂A与油剂B的聚丙烯腈原丝,经预氧化及碳化工艺加工,制备碳纤维复丝。探究预氧化纤维的皮芯结构、密度、含氧量,以及碳纤维复丝拉伸强度,发现:2种油剂制备的碳纤维复丝产品强度均满足T800碳纤维强度要求,且拉伸强度性能稳定。研究为进一步研发制备高性能碳纤维提供参考。In order to better break through the technical barriers of high performance carbon fibers preparation,carbon multifilaments were prepared by pre-oxidation and carbonization process using the polyacrylonitrile raw fibers with oil agent A and oil agent B.The skin-core structure,density and oxygen content of the pre-oxygenated fibers,as well as tensile strength of carbon multifilaments,were investigated.It was found that the strength of the carbon multifilaments products prepared with the two oils met the strength requirements of T800 carbon fibers,and the tensile strength was stable.The research provides references for further development and preparation of high-performance carbon fibers.
