摘 要:通过试验探究气-液置换法测试柔软膜材孔径的主要影响因素,发现:有效测试面积、浸润液类型、测试模式,以及是否使用支撑网,都会对孔径测试结果产生一定的影响。研究结果有助于深入理解气-液置换法测试柔软膜材孔径的机理,并为相关测试方法的改进和应用提供指导。这对提高柔软膜材孔径测试的准确性和可靠性具有重要意义。The main influencing factors of measuring the aperture of soft film materials with gas-liquid displacement method were investigated through experiments.It was found that the effective test area,type of infiltrating fluid,test mode,and whether the support net was used,would have some influence on the test results of the aperture.The research results are helpful to understand the mechanism of measuring aperture of soft film materials with gas-liquid displacement method,and provide guidance for the improvement and application of related testing methods.It is of great significance to improve the accuracy and reliability of the aperture test of soft film materials.
