摘 要:【目的】研究水性环氧沥青混合料在沥青混凝土路面表层的应用效果。【方法】以水性环氧沥青作为胶结料,从原材料质量要求、级配、最佳油石比设计、拌和工艺,以及击实、养生方式等方面进行设计,得出水性环氧沥青OGFC超薄磨耗层混合料的最优配合比和制备方法;按照JTG E20—2011规范对其混合料试件的高温稳定性、水稳定性和低温抗裂性等相关路用性能进行研究。【结果】结果表明:当油石比为7.5%时,沥青混合料表现出良好的抗车辙性能和抗水损害性能。【结论】研究成果可水性环氧沥青在路面表层的应用提供依据,但其抗低温开裂性较差、韧性不足,若要应用于严寒地区仍需进一步改善。[Purposes]This paper aims to study the application effect of waterborne epoxy asphalt mixture on the surface of asphalt concrete pavement.[Methods]This article uses waterborne epoxy asphalt as the binder,and designs the optimal mix ratio and preparation method for waterborne epoxy asphalt OGFC ultra-thin wear layer mixture from the aspects of raw material quality requirements,gradation and optimal oil stone ratio design,mixing process,compaction and curing methods;meanwhile,according to JTG E20—2011,the high-temperature stability,water stability,and low-temperature crack resistance related road performance of the mixed material specimens were studied.[Findings]The test results show that when the oil stone ratio is 7.5%,the asphalt mixture exhibits good resistance to rutting and water damage.[Conclusions]The research results provide a basis for the application of waterborne epoxy asphalt in road surface layers,but since its low temperature cracking resistance and toughness are poor further improvement is needed for its application in cold regions.
