摘　　要：【目的】对河南省产学研深度融合发展情况进行全面分析,提出河南省强化企业主导的产学研深度融合的对策建议。【方法】结合河南省产学研合作发展现状,深入剖析先进省市在突出企业主导作用、强化场景驱动、打造创新平台等方面的做法,总结可借鉴的经验。【结果】河南省在加强企业主导的产学研合作中还存在创新能力差、产学研用融合深度不够、龙头企业对创新要素的整合能力不足等短板弱项。【结论】河南省推动企业主导的产学研深度融合,需要从建设创新生态建设、打造科技治理体系、强化创新项目带动、突出应用场景驱动以及抓好创新企业梯队建设入手。[Purposes]This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the development of deep integration of industry-university-research in Henan Province,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening the deep integration of industry-university-research led by enterprises in Henan Province.[Methods]Based on the current situation of cooperation and development in industry-university-research,Henan Province,this paper deeply analyzes the practices of advanced provinces and cities in highlighting the leading role of enterprises,strengthening scene-driven and creating innovative platforms,and summarizes the experiences that can be used for reference.[Findings]There are still shortcomings and weaknesses in strengthening enterprise-led cooperation in industry-university-research,such as poor innovation ability,insufficient integration depth of industry-university-research,and insufficient integration ability of leading enterprises on innovation elements.[Conclusions]In order to promote the deep integration of enterprise-led industry-university-research,Henan needs to start with the construction of innovative ecological construction,the establishment of scientific and technological governance system,the strengthening of innovative project driving,the highlighting of application scenario driving and the construction of innovative enterprise echelon.
