摘 要:为了解爆炸气体状态方程对高能非理想炸药爆容计算结果的影响,利用20 L密封弹体开展典型含铝炸药起爆试验。采用阵列式铂热电阻测试了炸药爆炸产物的温度分布。选择范德华方程和理想气体状态方程做对比分析,精确测量了不同温度条件下弹体内部的气压,定量分析了爆炸气体产物的组成,计算得到范德华压力修正系数和体积修正系数分别为1.5×10^(-5)和2.1×10^(-4)。试验验证了理想气体状态方程描述爆轰产物的适用性。结果表明:相对于实际测量的压力和容积,压力修正项和体积修正项属于可以忽略的量;典型含铝炸药爆炸的气体产物可以使用p=kT的简单线性关系进行描述;试验条件下,典型非理想炸药爆炸产物的状态基本符合理想状态假设。In order to understand the influence of the state equation of explosive gas on the calculation results of the explosive volume of high-energy non-ideal explosives,typical aluminized explosive detonation tests were carried out using a 20 L sealed projectile.The temperature distribution of explosive products was tested using an array of platinum resistors.Van der Waals equation and ideal gas state equation were compared and analyzed.The gas pressures inside the projectile under different temperature conditions was accurately measured.Quantitative analysis was conducted on the composition of detonation gas products.The Van der Waals pressure correction coefficient and volume correction coefficient were calcula-ted to be 1.5×10^(-5)and 2.1×10^(-4),respectively.The experiment verified the applicability of the ideal gas state equation to describe detonation products.The results indicate that compared to the actual measured pressure and volume,the pressure correction term and volume correction term are negligible quantities.The typical explosive gas products of aluminized explosives can be described using a simple linear relationship of p=kT.The state of typical non-ideal explosive products under experimental conditions basically conforms to the assumption of ideal state.
