芦荟改性黏胶织物的设计

摘　　要：选用芦荟改性黏胶纤维混纺纱,设计并试织了3种床品织物。根据床品织物的风格特点,采用纬剪花组织,设计花型与起花组织,确保花纹突出且精巧、平展,剪花部位不易脱落,地组织质地紧密、平整且花型突出。试织结果表明,纬剪花床品织物外观立体优美,风格新颖独特,兼具实用性与美观性。Using aloe vera modified viscose fiber yarns,three bedding fabrics are designed and woven.Considering the style and characteristics of the bedding fabric,weft cut patterns are used to cleverly design patterns and floral structures,ensuring that the patterns are prominent,exquisite,and flat,and the cut parts are not easily detached.A simple structure is adopted for the fabric structure,with a tight texture,flatness,and prominent flower patterns.The trial weaving results show that the weft cut bedding fabric has a three-dimensional and beautiful appearance,with a novel and unique style,which has good practicability and aesthetics.
