橡壳色素对棉织物染色工艺研究

摘　　要：为丰富天然染料染色织物的色谱,使用橡壳色素对棉织物进行染色,研究了染色方法及染色工艺对染色效果的影响,测试了染色织物的色牢度及强力,结果表明橡壳色素上染棉织物的最佳染色方法是预媒染色法。媒染最佳工艺为温度50℃,时间50 min,媒染剂用量2 mmol/L;染色最佳工艺为时间50 min,温度80℃,橡壳色素用量3%(owf)。预媒染色后织物色牢度良好,顶破强力与未染色时相比没有明显变化。In order to enrich the chromatography of dyed fabrics with natural dye,oak shell pigment was used to dye cotton fabrics.The influence of dyeing methods and processes on the dyeing effect was studied,and the color fastness and strength of dyed fabric were tested.The results showed that the optimal dyeing method for dyeing cotton fabrics with oak shell pigment was pre-medium dyeing method.The optimal process for mordant dyeing was:temperature 50℃,time 50 min,and mordant dosage 2 mmol/L.The optimal dyeing process was:dyeing time 50 min,dyeing temperature 80℃,and the amount of oak shell pigment 3%(owf).The color fastness of cotton fabric after dyeing was good,and there was no significant change in bursting strength compared to the non-dyed fabric.
