摘 要:针对目前单绳缠绕式矿井提升机在一个提升周期内运行行程控制方法耗能较大的问题,提出了基于最小值原理的单绳缠绕式矿井提升机优化行程控制方法,对提升机运行过程进行数学建模,同时分析提升机一个提升周期的耗能影响因素,通过构建目标泛函求解在一个提升周期内相同提升时间与相同最大速度的情况下提升机耗能最少的速度方程。仿真结果表明,该优化控制方法与传统梯形速度控制方法相比节能0.82%。In response to the problem of high energy consumption in the control method of single rope winding mine hoists during one lifting cycle,an optimized travel control method based on the minimum value principle is proposed for single rope winding shaft hoists.A mathematical model was established for the operation process of the hoist,and the factors affecting the energy consumption of the hoist during one lifting cycle were analyzed.By constructing a target functional,the speed equation at which the hoist consumes the least energy during a lifting cycle was solved under the same lifting time and maximum speed.The simulation results show that the optimized control method saves 0.82%energy compared to the traditional trapezoidal speed control method.
