摘 要:使用能耗模拟软件平台DeST-c(商建版本)对淮南市某办公楼进行建筑全年累计荷载能耗模拟,分析不同材料外墙、外窗、屋面围护结构对建筑能耗的影响,采用单一变量得出一组改造方案。结果表明:当外墙采用混凝土墙+膨胀珍珠岩(60 mm)、外窗采用普通三坡玻璃、屋面采用水泥珍珠岩时,建筑节能率提高;办公楼进行节能改造后,7月份和4月份的节能率分别达到11.97%和54.04%。研究结果可以为办公建筑的节能减排提供参考。An office building in Huainan city was simulated by DeST-c(commercial building version)for annual cumulative load energy consumption.The influence of different external walls,windows and roofs on building energy consumption is analyzed,and a set of renovation schemes are finally obtained by using a single variable.The results show that the energy saving rate of the building is improved when the external wall is made of concrete wall+expanded perlite(60 mm),the external window is made of ordinary three-slope glass,and the roof is made of cement perlite.After ther energy-saving renovation of the building,the energy saving rate in July and April reached 11.97%and 54.04%respectively.The simulation results can provide reference for energy conservation and emission reduction strategies of office buildings.
