摘　　要：现阶段,专业建设工程消防审验监管工作仍处在改革后的探索期。全面梳理专业建设工程消防审验监管现状,结合专业建设工程消防审验的四种模式,分析监管人员技术水平、部门协同工作机制、技术标准体系、服务市场监管等问题。在此基础上,提出加强部门间协作、健全协同工作机制,推行技术审验“独立运行”、强化过程管理,完善法规标准体系、强化技术指导,对接社会资源、加强服务监管等监管工作建议,以期为专业建设工程消防审验监管提供一定参考。The professional supervision of fire protection design review and acceptance of construction projects is still in the exploration phase after reform.This article summarizes the current situation of the professional supervi-sion of fire design review and acceptance of construction projects.The problems existing in technical proficiency of supervising personnel,inter-departmental collaboration mechanism,technical standard system,and service market supervision are analyzed on the basis of four supervision modes.To provide reference for the supervision,some sug-gestions are put forward,including strengthening inter-departmental collaboration,improving collaborative work mechanism,implementing independent operation of technical review,reinforcing process management,perfecting regulations and standards system,strengthening technological guidance,utilizing social resources,intensifying supervision over services.
