摘　　要：1921年春,苏俄开始实行新经济政策,这是苏俄社会主义建设战略、方式、方法的大转变,事关苏俄生死存亡,兴亡绝续。列宁认为,在这重大的历史转折时期,必须加强党的领导,廓清各种迷雾,抵制地主资产阶级的歪理邪说,才能扎实推进新经济政策落地生根,切实发挥应有作用,为建设一个强大的社会主义国家奠定物质基础。今天,中华民族伟大复兴处在关键时期,研究列宁在重大历史转折时期加强党的领导的思想,具有重大的理论意义和实践意义。In the spring of 1921,Soviet Russia began to implement the New Economic Policy,which was a major change in the strategy,methods and methods of Soviet Russia’s socialist construction.It was a matter of life and death for Soviet Russia.Lenin believed that,during this important historical turning point,the party must strengthen its leadership,clear away all kinds of mists,and resist the misconceptions and heresy of the landlord-bourgeoisie in order to make a solid progress in the New Economic Policy Kalanchoe pinnata,we should give full play to our due role and lay a material foundation for building a strong socialist country.Today,the Chinese Dream is in a critical period.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study Lenin’s thought of strengthening the party’s leadership during the major historical turning point.
