父职被动缺席的角色期盼和影响因素——基于未成年子女成长不同阶段的研究

摘　　要：生产资料不平衡强化了双职工家庭中夫妻双方的角色分工,有酬经济催化了父职的被动缺席,作为初婚家庭的父亲希望全程参与未成年子女的成长,但迫于工作调动、婚姻破裂、经济资源等原因,不得不被动缺席父职履行,以便给未成年子女提供更好的物质生活条件。笔者选择了12组长时间处于父职被动缺席的家庭进行无结构访谈,讨论父亲在未成年子女成长的婴幼儿期、学龄前期、青少年期的不同阶段的妻子对父职的角色期盼,整理出家庭结构和子代发展,社会文化和性别观念,个体态度和意愿强弱,外部环境和社会支持四方面对父职被动缺席的影响因素。旨在通过社会学的视角,更好地探究父职被动缺席的角色期盼和影响因素。Production imbalance strengthens the role division of the couple in dual-income families,and paid economy has catalyzed father passive absence.Although the father of the fi rst marriage family hopes to participate in the growth of underage children,he has to be passively absent in paternity due to job transfer,marriage breakdown,or lack of economic resources,which result from that fact that he wants provide better material living conditions for underage children.In this paper,unstructured interviews were conducted by selecting 12 families where there is long-term paternity passive absence.The study discusses the wife’s expectation of fatherhood in diff erent stages of children’s growth,such as infancy,preschool and adolescent stages of the underage children,and sorts out the factors infl uencing the passive absence of fatherhood as follows:family structure and child development,socio-cultural and gender concepts,individual attitude and willingness,external environment and social support.It aims to explore the role expectation and infl uencing factors of paternity passive absence from the perspective of sociology.
