摘　　要：中国特色社会主义建设进入新阶段,面对国内外形势的深刻变化,推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化,培养大批高素质的青年人才显得尤为重要。研究马克思主义青年观的演化历程,有助于人们更好地把握当代青年工作的内涵及方向,确保青年在实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦中发挥重要作用。通过梳理马克思主义青年观的历史演变,明确其当代价值,探讨其与现代青年工作的互动方向,不仅有助于深化对马克思主义青年观的认识,还能为新时代的青年工作提供理论指导及实践参考,从而更好地服务于国家、社会的发展需求。At present,the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new stage.In the face of profound changes at home and abroad,it is particularly important to push forward the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity,and to train a large number of high-quality young talents.The study on the evolution of Marxist views on youth will help us better grasp the connotation and direction of youth work and ensure that young people can play an important role in realizing the Chinese Dream of national rejuvenation.This paper combs the historical evolution of Marxist view on youth,makes clear its contemporary value,and discusses its interactive direction for the youth work.This study only helps to deepen peoples’s understanding of Marxist view on youth,but also provides theoretical guidance and practical reference for youth work in the new era,so as to better serve the development needs of the country and society.
