摘　　要：党的二十大精神融入高校思政课,是党和国家事业接续发展的“政治之道”,新时代人才培养的“致知之道”,提质增效的“育人之道”。通过精选“融料”、找准“融点”、把握“融机”提高融入的有效术;运用“道理”“学理”“哲理”,提升融入的透射术;激发“积极性”“主动性”“创造性”,凝聚教育主体的融合术;重视“具象化”“互动化”“生活化”,推动教育客体的内化术。运用党的二十大精神的融入思政课之“术”,提高课程内容的针对性和系统性使课堂效果“实起来”,增强对党的二十大精神的说服力、号召力和影响力使课堂形式“活起来”,提升教师对党的二十大精神融入课堂的积极性、主动性和创造性使教师知识“专起来”,增进大学生对二十大精神的理解、接受和内化,使大学生言行“用起来”。Integrating the spirit of the Party’s 20th national congress into college ideological and universities is the“political way”for the continuous development of the Party and the country’s cause,the“way to know”for talent training in the new era,and the“way to educate people”for improving quality and efficiency.The effective methods of improving the integration go as follows:selecting“integration material”,identifying“integration point”and grasping“integration machine”;enhancing the integration method by using“truth”,“theory”and“philosophy”;stimulating“enthusiasm”,“initiative”and“creativity’,and condense the integration of educational subjects;attaching importance to“concretization”,“interaction”and“life”,and promoting the internalization of educational objects.Using the“technique”of integrating the spirit of the Party’s 20th national congress into ideological and political courses can improve the pertinence and systematization of the course content to make the classroom effect“real”,enhance the persuasion,appeal and influence to make the classroom form“alive”,enhance the teacher’s enthusiasm,initiative and creativity,make the teacher’s knowledge“specialized”,enhance college students’understanding,acceptance and internalization of the spirit,so that they can use the spirit in words and deeds.
