摘  要:在电子制造领域,插装元器件的支撑安装是保证其可靠性的关键步骤。传统的装联采用增加支座或绝缘垫的方法,来提高机械稳定性并防止电气短路,但这可能导致出现气密性安装问题,进而影响透锡率。在绝缘垫上设计透气孔,能够有效解决这一问题,提升焊接质量及产品的可靠性。In the field of electronic manufacturing,the support installation of plug-in components is a key step to ensure their reliability.Traditional mounting uses the addition of supports or insulating pads to improve mechanical stability and prevent electrical short circuits,but this can lead to airtight installation problems,which in turn affect tin penetration.This paper solves the problem effectively by designing the air vent on the insulation pad,and improves the welding quality and the reliability of the product.
