摘 要:电厂锅炉受热面积灰严重,会降低受热面的传热效率,而现有的吹灰器维护工作量大、使用成本高、吹灰范围小。为解决传统吹灰器存在的问题,设计智能调频式电动声波吹灰器。然后通过实际案例,分析智能调频式电动声波吹灰器应用于电厂锅炉的安全性、经济性、节能性、高效性等特性。对比传统吹灰器和智能调频式电动声波吹灰器的经济性和实际使用效果,验证智能调频式电动声波吹灰器的优越性。The accumulation of ash on the heating surface of power plant boiler is serious,which will reduce the heat transfer efficiency of the heating surface,and the existing soot blowers have large maintenance workload,high operating cost and small blowing range.In order to solve the problem of traditional soot blower,an intelligent frequency modulation electric acoustic soot blower is designed.Then,through a practical case,the paper analyzes the safety,economy,energy saving and high efficiency of intelligent frequency modulated electric acoustic soot blower used in power plant boilers.Comparing the economy and practical effect of the traditional soot blower and the intelligent frequency modulated electric acoustic soot blower,the superiority of the intelligent frequency modulated electric acoustic soot blower is verified.
